Florida 4-Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI)

You can sign up for this course for point dismissal unless:

  • You have already signed up once before within the past calendar year
  • You have signed up five times within 10 years
  • You hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)*
  • You received a Florida speeding ticket for driving more than 30 mph over the limit.

The restrictions above do not apply if you have been court ordered to attend.

*CDL holders might be able to attend the BDI course for point dismissal if they get a court order.
